INDUSTRIAL MEASUREMENT SERVICES

The vast majority of existing spool surveys are analysed using point clouds. Some applications need greater accuracy deliverables, for which we provide specialised Total Station measurements. A total station is remotely controlled with ATR sensors by software, together with specific devices holding the prism; as a result of this configuration, a job may be conducted by a single surveyor.

The same programme may create spool inspection drawings and rapports, which contain flange alignment and bolt-hole rotation, as well as detailed material lists.

The same software can be used to control the fabrication process in the workplace to maintain design integrity. The entire procedure is shown in the video below.
